Superior Distribution Company, LLC is a distributor of commercial and residential roofing, james hardie siding, insulation, tools, sheathing products, adhesives and sealants, fasteners, felts, decking, and Erosion Control Products. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most outstanding service in the industry while maintaining a family atmosphere for our customers, vendors, and employees. Our 30,000 square foot facility allows us to buy in large volume and pass the savings on to our customers. Our partnerships with several manufacturers have strengthened our resources giving us valuable insight and education that we pass on to our customers. We are consistently proactive in researching new products, materials, and techniques so that our clients will have access to the latest product offerings in our market.

For most builders and contractors, time is money and money is not always readily available. Contact our management staff in order to help you through these times by acquiring an account with SDC. SDC also welcomes Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card as well for payment.

Our Staff

Frank Glasscock — President/CEO

Frank founded Superior Distribution in June of 2002. A graduate of King College with a degree in Economics, Frank has experience in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of various mining and construction related products.

Pamela Glasscock — Executive Assistant

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Pamela joined SDC in June of 2002. She plays a key role in the everyday operations of Superior Distribution Company.

Jeremy Ratliff — Sales

Jeremy joined the SDC team in July of 2002 and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Hespecializes in the sale and marketing of commercial roofing systems and other exterior building products.

Joe Mullins — Branch Manager

Joe graduated from ETSU with a degree in Business, and has experience in distribution management and customer service. Joe joined SDC in August of 2002.

Mike Jones — Sales

Mike, an ETSU graduate, joined Superior in late 2006 and brings his experience in planning management and communications to our customers. He specializes in the administration of wholesale accounts.

Jan Oliver — Office Manager

Jan attended Northeast State Technical Community College and has 30 years of retail office experience, including formerly owning a business herself. She is experienced in all areas of Accounting, Office Management, and Human Resources. Jan joined SDC in June 2002.

Kathy Jessee — Credit Manager

A graduate of Virginia Highlands Community College with a degrees Accounting, Marketing and Business Management, Kathy is experienced in Accounting, Taxes, Collections, A/R, A/P and Payroll. Kathy joined SDC in October 2003.

David Horne — Driver

David's 30-year career has been dedicated to contruction and heavy equipment operation and commercial class transportation services. AFlorida transplant,hejoined our team in late 2006.

Lloyd Myers — Driver

Superior is happy to welcome our new driver, Lloyd!

Alan Clarke — Sales / New Product Development

Alan attends King College majoring in Business Management.When not focusing on his education, he works at Superior as a specialist in new product development and marketing of premium exterior building materials.

Melissa Doyle — IT Specialist

Melissa was hired in March of 2009. A mother of five (2 girls and 3 boys, one of which a Marine) stays busy with the technical needs of Superior Distribution Company.

Tim Wright — Warehouse Manager

Tim was hired in March of 2009 and currently works for Superior Distribution as Warehouse Manager.

Paula Hamilton — Sales

Paula, a transplant from Florida, brings her 15 years of experience to the sales department of Superior Distribution Company.

Stillwater Stella — Mascot

Stella is a graduate of Slipknot Kennels, and has extensive experience in door greeting, chewing, jumping, shaking hands and retrieving ducks. Stella joined SDC in January 2003.
